- What is your policy for cancellations?
- We require your credit card at the time of booking.
- Standar Rate: We offer free cancellations 24 hours before arrival. In case of not arriving and/or not notifying a previous cancellation, the amount of one night will be applied.
- Non Refundable Rate: This rate do not allow cancellations.
- Does the rate include taxes?
- Our prices are in USD and MXN and do not include taxes.
- When do you charge the amount of my stay?
- The payment is applied at the time of the reservation.
- What are the check-in/check-out hours?
- Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
- Do you accommodate late check-out?
- Yes, please ask the concierge to check for the availability, at Nima we work very hard to ensure that your stay with us feels like home.
- Do you allow children?
- No, children under the age of 15 will be admitted in the hotel. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
- Do you allow smoking?
- According to the tobacco federal law, you are not allowed to smoke in the rooms, but we provide a nice roof garden where you can enjoy a cigarette.
- Do you have elevators?
- No, since it is a historic property, we work to keep it in optimal conditions.
- Do you have spa?
- It´s coming soon, however we offer room massages upon request. Nima is highly concerned about ensuring a relaxing stay.
- Do you have Business Center?
- Yes, and there is no extra charge for computer or printer use.
- Do you provide transportation to or from the airport?
- We have drivers that can provide transportation service with an additional value.
- Do you have parking?
- There is one parking space available for our fist reservation request. If it is not available, there is a parking garage in front of the hotel with an additional charge.
- Is my passport required at check-in?
- Yes, we require a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.
